@@afrihost If the consultants could know how airmobile can be recharged and why on the payment method should be verified. The method of checking a bank statement isn’t working especially for new customers. Maybe your staff isn’t using this service to be at par with us customers. In short; the more details on the product besides what’s on the advertisement. The consultants prompt responses and dedication to attend queries; 10/10. I’ve recruited one of my friends to use the product though I’ve not seen anything yet though my link was used to join but it’s not an issue. Your ways of recharge hopefully will have vouchers because using the bank as the sole method is quite a challenge.

If Afrihost cannot keep a tiny mobile data ( air mobile) connection going, cannot replace a SIM then forces me to move service twice in less than a month and then wants take my data that I paid for - I cannot possibly trust Afrihost with my personal or let alone sensitive data. I’m on my third sim number in a month. Two SIM (data only) cards could not be replaced, swapped or number recovered in any way. My phone is registered with Afrihost, if I lose that SIM or number, I lose my livelihood - LET THAT SINK IN When speaking to Afrihost I find any apologetic language such as "sorry" extremely offensive, Afrihost just like most large companies do not feel a thing for their customers. It's all about money and getting the most reward for no effort. Afrihost has never waited for payment from me, why am I willfully denied service
